billing
Ok so I have a problem:
I created an account last spring but have't used it in a while. The problem is that the billing hasn't gone through (the Visa card for some reason didn't accept the payment). Now I have 4 months of unpaid months, I want to pay them but even though I've changed the billing details, Mockingbird just keeps saying I need to update them. So I've updated the info, with a new card that is working but still can't access my projects. What to do? Should I delete the whole account and set up a new one?
